As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will….
Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
Handle difficult customer calls including, warranty claims and extended ETAs on unit repairs
Respond promptly and professionally to customer and store inquiries via phone & email
Partner with various departments from Technical and Parts team to ensure customer excellence
Ensure that assigned process metrics are actively monitored and maintained within targets
