We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming de mean our, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Manage appointments and scheduling for staff and clients.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Respond to inquiries about the company and services we provide.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management of office supplies.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support event logistics.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
