Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about CVS Health products, services, and policies.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues.
Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and navigating multiple software applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
