The job title for this is actually Technican but I needed something a bit more interesting as the title of this post to get your attention.

This is an entry-level role designed for people who want to get into the tech world but aren’t sure how. This role allows you to get into the tech world.
You will learn a lot. This is an emerging space and as such we have to give new team members to space to learn and explore. This allows them to gain the experience they need to excel in a tech role.
What we do is not common and there isn’t a school where you can go and learn the skills we will teach you. Our world has become very tech focused but the education system has not kept up. That is why we hire entry level and train people up.
In this role you will learn about WordPress websites, remarketing, choose your own adventure marketing, optimizing websites for conversions, membership sites, email marketing automation, CRMs, sales copy, backend automated systems, Facebook ads, sales funnels, design and much more.
What we can’t teach you is a thirst for learning, a humbleness, a desire to do a good job and personal ownership over your own outcomes.
Most of all, a desire to THINK. If you want a mindless job that doesn’t challenge you, this isn’t for you. The right person for this role likes to figure things out. Effiecncy and figuring out better ways to do things is their love language and

Position overview:
The Role: Tech Adventurer (Technican)
Primary Responsibilities: Be The Magic Behind The Tech
- Engaging in Zoom video client calls and note-taking.
- Ensuring rapid and intelligent responses to client requests.
- Crafting marketing automations, managing data, and implementing WordPress sites.
- Continuous learning to adapt to ever-evolving tech needs.
- Upholding our strategic tech methods and becoming a tech luminary.
The Role – Tech Adventurer (Technician) Key Tasks:
- Preparing and following up on client meeting agendas.
- Proactively ensuring the stability of client systems.
- Building automation flows, web pages, and inputting content.
- Handling support requests with excellence.
To excel in the role of a Technician, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:
- A keen eye for detail and a love for organization.
- Problem-solving prowess and an insatiable curiosity for tech.

- Relevant marketing/tech experience or a passionate interest in the domain.
Being a Tech Ninja is about figuring out how to make technology work and often, we have to get creative.
You will be shown how to do something like make a new page on a website. You will then be given direction on changes and we’ll brainstorm together. You will then have a work period to work through it. You bring it back to the team for feedback. When you start, this is how you learn and this process takes longer. Over time, you see the patterns and get better and better.
You will be asked to work on WordPress websites, create marketing automation, write emails, write content, troubleshoot technical issues, and set up sales pages.
We’ll show you how but you need to follow the logic and pay attention to feedback.
Use the feedback to get better and you will quickly become an asset.

Requirements:
- Marketing / tech experience or PASSIONATE interest
- LOVE OF TECH – you love to mess around with new apps, people come to your for help with their tech.
- Self-responsibility. We don’t make excuses, we get it done
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage own tasks & time / Ability and desire to be autonomous
- A computer & microphone/headset for meetings
- Strong internet connection
Nice to Have
- Graphic design (would be nice but not needed)
- Testing/QA experience

- KEAP or other relevant CRM/Newsletter software experience
Things to keep in mind
- The starting rate is $18 an hour
- You are required to have your own computer and microphone
- We use video for our meetings, you will need a webcam
- You must have solid internet
- We work in EST, Mon- Friday 8 – 6pm
We book out our time in Google calendar with linked tasks in our project management system. You have admin time on a daily basis to cover off on random things that come up. We follow agile principles and do a weekly sprint.
We meet weekly as a team to go over what happened last week and what we will do this week. We meet daily at 10 am for a daily standup.
You have the flexibility to move your work periods around for preference or personal reasons, as long as the tasks are completed before the deadline.
You must communicate with the team if you move a work period.
