Collaborate on and manage global data standards, processes, and policies for first-party and third-party marketing data used in marketing operations and analytics. Support stakeholder use cases, ensuring that evolving data requirements are met, to provide access to quality data. Consult data consumers on navigating data sources and interpreting data to support their operational and analytical use cases. Work collaboratively across functions and domains to manage data acquisition, enrichment, and integrations to make data readily accessible. Evaluate new data sources and platforms that enrich existing data, support data capture or improve data quality. Contribute to detailed discussions concerning data requirements, governance, architecture, and strategy decisions. Engage with stakeholders and technical teams on addressing data-related issues. Maintain accuracy and completeness of data through operational monitoring, validation, and reporting.

Job Qualifications

7+ years of experience managing or analyzing marketing, sales, or customer data, including the integration of first-party and third-party data

Experience managing data in marketing and sales customer relationship management (CRM) platforms

Experience working in a global environment with different processes and a mix of integrated and disparate systems

Experience with data querying using SQL within relational database systems like SQL Server, Amazon Redshift, Oracle
