Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources and Learning Development Specialist to join our team at Starbucks. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or training and development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
