Responsibilities

  • Successfully enroll and complete the Paragon training program within five weeks.
  • Perform safe pet handling and grooming tasks including:
    • Bathing, drying, brushing, and combing all coat types.
    • Nail trimming and ear cleaning.
    • Preparatory hair trimming and basic clipper techniques.
  • Provide excellent customer service and professionalism.
  • Maintain and sanitize grooming tools and equipment.
  • Inspect animals for signs of health issues and communicate findings to pet owners.
  • Assist in generating business through customer engagement and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable and experienced in handling various breeds and temperaments of dogs and cats.
  • Must provide own grooming tools or willingness to purchase required tools.
