What will be your impact in this position?

The Cabin Services Team is a crucial component of the American Express Corporate Flight Department. It is in charge of managing the safety of the cabin, streamlining the in-flight virtual office experience, giving our executive customers the best service, and making sure they have a pleasant flight when traveling around the world.

Flight Support, Cabin Services, and Trip Assistance: 75% of the responsibility Ensure our passengers’ well-being, comfort, and safety.
Deal with all passengers, including executives, directors, and corporate clients, with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.
Install and operate comprehensive cabin management systems.
As a crucial part of the flight crew, ensure that passengers receive in-flight communications promptly.
Control a virtual “In-flight Office Environment” that runs smoothly.
Explain to passengers how to use the on-board safety devices, procedures, and equipment.
Maintain passenger preferences and share information with the flight attendant team to promote uniformity for our customers.
Full-time and contract flight attendants can benefit from guidance, training, and shadowing.
Check the stock and safety equipment, as well as the interiors of the aircraft, on a monthly basis.
Prepare to be available on call to support Chairman’s trips and offer assistance.
Help other coworkers prepare the aircraft, perform pre- and post-flight tasks, set up beds, break down for return flights, stock the aircraft, and remove additional supplies.

Training, Money, and Growth:

Maintain currency with CPR training and onboard medical equipment.
Complete a similar training called Annual Flight Safety.

Ground Assistance:

Administrative: 25% responsibility for stock and quality control in the commissary(s). For the commissary’s organization and high-quality products, collaborate with outside vendors.
Manage documentation, manuals, and cabin books effectively and reference them.
Help contract flight attendants out with their catering needs. assist with quarterly Board of Directors (BOD) meetings, assist with passenger profiles and catering requirements on charter flights.
Complete all company-required training.
Guarantee ideal administration and announcing of costs.
Follow all maintenance and device protocols.
Check to see that all badges, key cards, passports, and other travel documents are current.
Additional related ancillary responsibilities will be assigned, and participation in American Express and the aviation industry teams and department committees is expected.

Minimum Requirements:

It is necessary to be able to travel globally for 75% of the time and be available on call, with 25% office and ground support responsibilities.
With Gulfstream 650/600 Cabin Door Exit and Evacuation Training, certified by Flight Safety/FACTS.
Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and the capacity to use a defibrillator are required.
