Opening and monitoring support tickets on Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, uploading and maintaining product listings on Amazon, answering customer questions on Amazon, cataloging and documenting large amounts of data in an organized manner, and being available during US work hours (Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST) are some of the responsibilities of this position. They are exclusive to Carson.

Experience in an e-commerce or marketing setting is a plus, but will train the right candidate. Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel. Are quick studyers and detail oriented. Are able to notice small errors, keep information organized, and ask questions as often as necessary to complete work correctly. Knowledge of data automation, including SQL, Python, PowerBI, and Looker, is a plus. Knowledge of SEO/SEA keyword optimization and advertising concepts is a plus.
