The Manager Corporate Income Tax manages various U.S. tax compliance, accounting, research and planning functions. The Manager leads the day-to-day operations of these tax functions to meet the Company’s related accounting and compliance obligations and to minimize liabilities. Oversee the preparation, review, and/or reconciliation of income tax provisions and related balance sheet accounts for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting purposes
Oversee the preparation, review, and/or reconciliation of the consolidated federal (including international information reports) and state/local income tax returns and related work papers, including all extension and quarterly payments
Analyze provision to return differences

Prepare and review tax accruals, budgets and forecasts
Review analysis and reconciliations of general ledger accounts
Recommend and implement procedural improvements and automation of processes

Minimum Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least five (2) years of previous related work experience

Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is between $100,000 and $145,000.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include performance bonuses, restricted stock units, as well as access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
