Job Description and Responsibilities
EVRAZ United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their United Kingdom team. The Payroll Manager implements, maintains and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll including salaries, benefits, bonuses, garnishments, taxes and other items, as well as ensuring that payroll is in compliance with government regulations for the UK and Canada. This role can be based out of the greater Denver or greater England area. Evraz Data Entry Jobs Work From Home
Implements, maintains and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll including salaries, benefits, bonuses, garnishments, taxes and other items
Accountable for payroll compliance and government regulation requirements
Responsible for third party payroll vendor relationships
Prepares journal entries, account reconciliations and other details for finance/accounting
Prepare and distribute reports for management Evraz Data Entry Jobs Work From Home
Provides leadership, development and direction for the payroll team
Responsible for quarterly and end of year processing
Partners with site HR and the Total Rewards Team Evraz Data Entry Jobs Work From Home
Responsible for retro calculations, along with payroll completion/settlement
Accountable for continuous improvement, trouble shooting and projects
Requirements
Associate’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
Experience with Workday Payroll is a must have, Kronos experience an asset
2+ years of progressive responsibility in payroll with UK and Canadian experience
1+ years of payroll leadership experience
Strong knowledge of regulations related to payroll processing, payroll taxes, garnishments and other compliance issues Evraz Data Entry Jobs Work From Home
Strong attention to detail, problem solving, troubleshooting and continuous improvement skills
