What does the role involve?
As the Hire Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the hire operations and team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing a sales action plan
You will also be assisting serving on the counter and helping out around the branch
Establishing strong customer relationships, and maintaining optimal equipment utilisation to meet customer demands
You’ll also be responsible for directing and coaching the team to achieve sales and revenue targets, ensuring that your team is well-trained, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
