J&J Data Entry Jobs Work From Home
Responsibilities
· Contribute to development and evaluation of emerging technologies and platforms for antibody discovery through repertoire analysis from immunized animals or CHO display library
· Lead antibody generation using CHO display platform to screen immune repertoire
· CHO display library preparation with targeted integration using CRISPR/Cas9 or RMCE
· Regular presentation of data in team meeting, effective communication and coordination of work in highly matrixed project team environment
· This will involve designing and implementing NGS experiments to generate sequence data to characterize the antibody repertoire at different stages of antibody discovery.
· In addition to your primary responsibilities related to repertoire analysis with NGS, you may also be involved in mouse genetic engineering to improve antibody discovery efficiency.
· This may involve techniques such as CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing to introduce specific mutations or modifications to the mouse genome.
· A strong understanding of B-cell isolation methods such as Hybridoma technology and primary B-cell sorting will also be important.
· This is a critical function in a multifaceted Biologics Discovery organization committed to bringing the next generation of biotherapeutic molecules to patients.
· We are looking for a motivated candidate with scientific and technical expertise who can collaborate across discovery areas to bring value to our portfolio of innovative drug concepts.
· Proficiency to lead within a highly coordinated, fast-paced environment will be a significant attribute.
