Job Description:
Office administrative tasks such as drafting tenancy agreements, refund forms etc.
Inputting data on to spreadsheets
Answering phone calls and relaying messages to the correct team
Greeting customers
Visiting properties, carrying out inspections
Liaising with multitude of teams and external contractors
Registering applicants and identifying their needs/requirements
Working with different software programmes
All other tasks as needed to carry out this role successfully
