Description of Job:
You will be our clients’ first point of contact as a Customer Service Representative. By providing prompt and professional assistance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction. You can work from the comfort of your own home because this is a remote position.
Principal Obligations:

Workplace during the day: Full job description: High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 or older); six months or more of professional experience working with computers and web-based tools; multitasking skills with phone and computer skills; passing a pre-employment drug test to be considered. As a Customer Care Representative, you will help our customers take their medications and improve their overall health.
You’ll work almost entirely from home in this remote position. You will be required to work a schedule with variable reduced hours that may begin and end outside of regular business hours for this position. This position requires 40 hours per week, but business requirements may necessitate more or fewer hours.
