What will be your impact in this position?

For our largest Global and Large Market clients, the Outsourced Program Administrator (OPA) model is a premium service offering in which OPAs provide dedicated customer-related support and issue resolution. End-to-end servicing for Commercial T&E Cards, Purchasing Cards, Meeting Cards, and other types of cards is handled by the OPA. Expansions, conversions, implementations, divestitures, maintenance of the preferred supplier list, card maintenance, merchant inquiries and knowledge, payment inquiries and knowledge, billing changes, hierarchy restructures, and customized reporting are all examples of program-related projects and tasks that fall under the OPA’s purview. In addition, the position will be accountable for analyzing accounts in order to consult with the Client to make recommendations regarding best practices and process enhancements for managing delinquencies and maximizing profitability.
