What are the duties of an inside sales representative?

An Inside Sales Representative’s primary responsibility is to promptly and accurately respond to product and quote inquiries from customers.

Requirements Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, scanners Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, and Outlook in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic typing skills and computer skills Experience with macOS computers is a plus but not required Proficiency with internet browsing and searching is a must.
