Responsibilities In this TDS position, you will advise, monitor, and track customer participation as a key member of the operational team. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining complete and accurate records and ensuring the smooth transfer of cases between programs and services. You will be in charge of managing your day-to-day relationships with customers and ensuring that their concerns are promptly addressed with a strategy.
