Your role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our ranks on a 9-month fixed term contract, to help support several Directors within one of our brands (Betfair) in the Flutter UKI division. This role will see you deliver and coordinate an exceptionally high level of support for our busy executives who travel extensively and have very busy diaries and multiple stakeholders. The role will support the Manging Director – Commercial, along with the Gaming Director, and up to 2 other senior stakeholders within the brand leadership team

What you’ll do

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide:

Extensive diary management, prioritising workload accordingly.
Ensure each Director is prepared for all meetings.
You will coordinate travel and accommodation, which will include booking relevant tickets/hotels and preparing relevant itineraries (our office locations are in Ireland, the UK, Romania, Malta, Portugal, Georgia, India, the USA, Canada, and Australia), visas, entry permits, etc.
Participating in, and taking minutes of a range of meetings and following up on action points where necessary.
Assist in the arrangements of offsite meetings and team events (planning and logistics).
Manage expense claims and invoices in a timely manner.
Book and prepare meeting rooms and organize catering for lunch meetings.
Be point of contact for the Director’s teams.
Be contactable out of hours and provide ad hoc support if needed.

How you’ll do it

You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure and balance multiple tasks. You will be flexible and able to pivot from one task to another speedily and confidently – ours is a dynamic business where priorities change quickly. You will demonstrate experience of building rapport quickly and easily in this role, as you will be liaising with the Divisional Leadership Team and wider business stakeholders daily. You will be someone who relishes the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with very tight and frequently changing deadlines as well as having a keen eye for detail.
