Descriptions:
We are looking for experienced, temporary customer support agents to join our team in assisting with post-booking enquiries from our buyers. Tasks will include triaging incoming messages, changing bookings, responding to simple enquiries, and seeking further information from buyers and sellers where necessary. Ideally, candidates will have prior experience of using Intercom or similar Live Chat software and have a proven track record of providing an excellent standard of customer service. Responsibilities
Handle buyer enquiries efficiently and to a high standard BG Group Remote Jobs Customer Support Jobs
Communicate professionally with sellers to resolve buyer queries
Reply to at least 8 conversations per hour and achieve a CSAT score of at least 85%
Skills and Qualifications
Essential
Must love customers and providing excellent customer service
Previous experience of using Intercom, Zendesk or similar Live Chat Software
Previous experience of working in a marketplace environment liaising with customers and suppliers
Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar customer service role
