You’ll be responsible for

Supporting the delivery of a new social media strategy.
Managing our multi-channel content calendar.
Creating engaging and audience-led content.
Identifying new content opportunities based on emerging trends and insights.
Identifying risks and taking an active role in risk management, collaborating with our internal teams and the hospital.
Managing boosted ad campaigns.
Utilising analytics to make data driven decisions.
Building stakeholder relationships across the charity and hospital.
Managing a team of two Social Media Officers.
Collaborating with our Celebrity & Influencer team to identify relevant influencers, gamers and streamers and support with content creation.

Capita Social Media Manager Jobs – Work From Home

What you’ll need:

Previous experience working as a Social Media Manager.
Experience managing and creating social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and TikTok.
Proven experience in creating audience-led and platform-specific social content, including excellent copywriting and design and video skills.
In-depth knowledge of social media management tools such as Sprout Social and Meta Business Tools to effectively complete tasks including reporting, social listening and community management.
Experience with risk management.
Experience working with children and families in sensitive situations to collect and share their stories
Previous line management experience.
