Centene Data Entry Jobs Work From Home

Position Purpose:

Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) around SQL Development and Analytics. Also responsible for quarterly provider directory completion, online provider directory integrity, and overall provider data auditing for a team of SQL Business Solutions Developers

Oversee all activities related to provider data, including training materials and policies and procedures
Manage the encounter response files and the error correction processes
Develop and maintain data integrity through audits and reports
Ensure updates (adds, changes and terminations) for new or existing provider records are made in a timely manner
Create and maintain KPIs and goals for provider entry department
Update and produce both hard copy and on-line provider directories
Responsible for systems implementation as necessary
Coordinate materials needed for Request for Applications (RFA’s) and new business
Schedule monthly provider verifications regarding provider enrollment specifications (tracks demographic changes of providers under certain specialty types)

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of contracting, provider data, or data analytics experience. Supervisor/lead experience preferred.
