Coffee Republic Social Media Support Jobs
You will look after all the IT software and hardware needs of the company. You will also perform scheduled and ad-hoc support tasks and ensure that all of the members of staff are properly trained on the company’s systems.
· Overseeing network and server
· Ensuring vendors back up data on a regular basis
· Overseeing computer security and anti-virus updates etc.
· Carrying out computer “housekeeping” tasks
· Providing initial IT support to computer users within the office/remote users

· Logging all IT problems and resolutions
· Liaising with external support company
· Overseeing file management on centralised resource (e.g. server) or on individual workstations
· Liaise with the company’s telephone system and network
· Ad-hoc help with the conference AV setups (lights, projectors, laptops, sound systems)
· Inducting new staff on IT systems

· Keeping inventory of hardware and maintenance records
· Providing input into IT strategy and annual IT budget
· Input into one-off projects such as database development
· Data extraction and reporting
· External supplier relationships for websites, epos, it, telecoms including mobiles
