This is what you will do…

You will lead the internal delivery of client paid webcast events, provide effective client and internal administration support across the IPE and Real Assets part of the Reference Hub plus deliver client reporting across the IPE Big Database service and the IPE and Real Asset Reference Hub where needed.

Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials to set the webcast up on the BrightTALK platform.
Event promotion via email campaigns.
Work with sponsors to agree dates and times for prep calls between their speakers and IPE’s webcast moderator.
Schedule dates for rehearsals and provide support during rehearsals and live webcasts.
Keep sponsors updated with lists of pre-registered delegates at regular intervals.
Provide technical support regarding use of the webcast technology platform.

The ability to build rapport and good working relationships with IPE Webcast, IPE Reference Hub clients, the internal team and wider stakeholders.
Excellent task prioritisation and time-management skills.
Experience of working in a busy office environment; good administration experience
Basic knowledge of HTML and Google Analytics would be an advantage.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
A sense of humour and a positive, can-do attitude!
