We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two senior-level Executives. Reporting to our SVP of Strategy & Planning, you’ll assist these leaders by understanding our business well, thinking critically, and prioritizing tasks. You’re great at anticipating the needs of the executives and teams you support, meticulously handling details. You will manage busy schedules autonomously, and prioritize tasks effectively

You will provide the executives with necessary information and materials for meetings

You will juggle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and see them through to completion
You will arrange complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, and manage expenses

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
