We are in search of a Customer Service Representative-CWB (Chubb Workplace Benefits) to add to our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role primarily involves handling customer queries and issues, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records. As a part of our team, you will be contributing to a fast-paced, high-volume contact center, further enhancing our customer service operations. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service through handling inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.
• Maintain precise customer credit records and monitor customer accounts.
• Assume responsibility for the timeliness of handling customer requests.
• Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners to provide a positive customer experience.
• Show proficiency in navigating multiple systems and applications to research, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries.
• Maintain performance and quality standards in line with company policies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of insurance principles and products offered to our CWB customers.
• Assist with special requests and perform additional tasks as assigned.• Proficient in Customer Service and Communication
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and other computer skills
• Experience in Operations and Research
• Ability to handle Inbound and Outbound Calls
• Knowledge of Insurance, Property, and Underwriting
• Familiarity with ‘About Time’ and ‘Benefit Functions’
• Experience in Hiring Processes and Revenue Accounting
• Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Strong Communication Skills and Collaboration abilities
• Understanding of Principles in the relevant field
• Ability to work Onsite
• Strong Decision-Making skills
• Knowledge of Salary Structures and Business Partners
• Experience in handling Disability Claims
• Adherence to Quality Standards
