The part time Flights Ops Support role provides knowledgeable subject matter support to key projects and needs inside of Delta Professional Services Flight Training & Standards. This role works on an ‘as needed’ basis for the area assigned. Flight Ops Support Coordinators should have a basic understanding and knowledge of FAA Part 121 air carrier operations and moderate to expert knowledge of specific areas of focus. Essential Functions/Tasks

Provide curriculum; compliance; or training support to Flight Training.
Partner with Flight Training support teams to complete project tasks as assigned.
Provide knowledgeable subject matter guidance to project tasks as assigned.

Track individual progress and report status of projects to appropriate leaders.
Review standard procedures and provide feedback on changes.
Specific duties as assigned by Flight Training management.
