E Bay Ads Associate

A company is looking for a Category Associate – eBay Ads.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Provide comprehensive customer support through various communication channels Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customers and stake holders Monitor and analyze customer usage of products and conduct regular account reviews

 

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Strong experience in customer service or client relationship management

 

Preferred 1 year of commercial or sales experience in a target-oriented environment Associates Degree or equivalent work experience

 

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  Strong working knowledge of PC-based systems and software applications
