Customer Assistance: Assist guests with enquiries, over the phone, and via email.
Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining records to support the operation of the reception area.
Safety and Security: Maintain awareness of security protocols and procedures, monitor the reception area and help with post, meeting room bookings and interview scheduling.
