Join Our Team as a Testing Accommodation Advocate!

Are you a driven, customer-focused individual eager to make an impact in a fast-growing global company? As a Testing Accommodation Advocate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting candidates with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accommodations. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth and respectful testing experience for all. Contract : 6 month (renewable subject to performance)

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • Shift : 8pm/9pm – 5am/6am Monday to Friday (US Hour)
  • Salary : RM 2900 basic + RM 400 shift + RM 1450 – retention bonus upon completion 6 months contract
  • Location : Office – for the first 3 – 4 weeks for training purposes. After training will WFH but sometimes they need to come to office if any performance issue, system down, client visit, internet connection issue.

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide Candidates: Assist candidates through registration, scheduling, and the testing process, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Deliver Service Excellence: Handle inbound calls with professionalism, meeting or exceeding quality standards.
  • Collaborate & Resolve: Work with internal teams to resolve candidate issues quickly and efficiently, enhancing the overall testing experience.
  • Drive Improvement: Identify and report process issues to improve services and minimize liabilities.
  • Record & Report: Accurately capture candidate interactions and manage cases effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service minimum 1 years.
  • Experience supporting OKU market will be advantage.
  • Candidate should at least possess SPM, Diploma (Advanced / Higher or Graduate) Bachelor’s
  • Degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Support or Contact Center, preferably with American clients
  • Ability to manage sensitive candidate concerns in an empathetic and professional manner
  • An excellent performance record that demonstrates accountability and reliability.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to adjust to changes in workload
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Experience in case management is a plus (Salesforce)

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,900.00 – RM4,750.00 per month
