Essential Functions
Schedule pilot ground school, simulator training/evaluation and operational experience in the A320 aircraft.
Schedule, track, and document new and upgrade pilots to meet flight qualifications and FAA regulations.
Assist Supervisor, FOTS in scheduling and tracking Operating Experience (OE) for New Hire and Upgrade Pilots. Frontier Airlines Customer Support Jobs (Work From Home, Remote)
Ensure all SIM sessions are booked accurately and coordinate with Airbus to block SIM time in accordance with monthly scheduling needs.

Handle and or field incoming phone calls for scheduling and department management.

Qualifications

Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Operational experience in the Sabre CrewQual, CrewTrac and MINT Program
Preferred prior airline training or Crew Scheduling experience
Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
Basic understanding of flight crew qualifications and Pilot CBA.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task and succeed under pressure.
