We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Business Unit in the UK and Ireland to be a key contributor to our commercial team of Sales and Marketing leaders.
Specific Responsibilities:
•Provides marketing administration support, including managing projects, team calendar management, budget management and travel
•Management of contracts, Purchase Order creation, tracking and receipting
•Assist in the organization and co-ordination of conferences, symposia and Local/International congresses
•Assist with compliance approvals and liaise with agencies and internal staff to ensure that items are uploaded on to the compliance system, Veeva PromoMats
•Works in conjunction with marketing specialist and/or product management to ensure proper inventories of promotional materials and their timely shipment to field representatives and managers
•Interacts with vendors and coordinates promotional material production
•Assist with additional adhoc duties when required.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
•Proven administration experience within a fast-paced International organization supporting Senior Level Management
•Proven knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and systems would be advantageous, eg. Veeva
•Experience with data management and MS Office (advanced Excel & PowerPoint)
•Resilience under pressure will be a distinct advantage in the role
