Harley Remote Jobs Data Entry – Work From Home
Preparing/updating payment runs.
Managing Subcontractor Ledger, posting all invoices and making sure they are invoiced correctly. (Knowledge of CIS/Reverse VAT charge essential) Verify that subcontractors’ CIS status/insurances are valid.
Answering emails and calls from subcontractors/surveyors dealing with any queries and advising on payment dates.
Processing weekly payment run for onsite labourers.
Checking supplier accounts are reconciled correctly.
Ensuring all invoices have POs/ Subcontract Orders raised. (Correct procedure followed) Chasing directors to release urgent payments critical to the project program.
Tracking Project budgets.

Experience:
Previous experience in accounts payable or
related field preferred (ideally in construction)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft
