THE ROLE
We have an exciting, highly challenging and interesting London based role for an experience and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Senior Leaders of the AAACE region (Australasia, Africa, Asia and Central & Eastern Europe) as a part of our inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Managing and anticipating the Senior Leaders’ complex diaries and travel ensuring appropriate deadlines are met and prioritised correctly. Imperial Tobacco Remote Jobs Customer Support Jobs
Acting as an ambassador for the AAACE Region within the business
Dealing with confidential matters with a very high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
Ability to handle request and enquiries autonomously with little direction

Processing invoices, expenses and also ad hoc payment requests
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
