Duties:
– Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hire orientations
– Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, and Taleo
– Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
