The Role:

The Asset Manager will need to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders internally and externally to shape and deliver strategic plans that cater to the needs of current and future guests and brand partners whilst delivering income and investment value performance in line with the strategy and budget.

Salary: Starting from £60,000 per annum

The Team:

As an Asset Manager in LandsecU+I your role will be to manage retail assets that are part of our regeneration programme throughout the development process. The Asset Manager will work closely with the development team to establish a strategy for the centre that ensures it not only remains successful during complex phased delivery but also promotes the future vision for the wider redevelopment and supports the community it is embedded within.

What you will be responsible for:

Creation, execution and implementation of the strategic plan for each asset in line with its placemaking vision. Ensure the plan is delivered in line with the expectations of all stakeholders.
Deliver asset P&L’s budgets whilst incorporating relevant and compelling brand and guest propositions.
Collaborate with the relevant internal expertise to curate and deliver attractive, vibrant and distinct places that complement brand partners and attract footfall from target guest groups.
Work with the Operations team to support excellent guest experience execution.
Work with the Estates Director and Investment team to deliver data required for analysis of valuation and income performance.
In depth involvement in projects such as master planning.
Working to ensure delivery of the group’s ESG objectives.
Supporting the Investment team with the transaction process of sales and acquisitions for the assets.
Full collaboration with internal stakeholders and supporting divisions including(but not exclusive to) Brand Account Management, Commercial Finance, Investment, Development, Marketing, CPI and Operations.
Ensure that relevant systems, processes and records are up to date and accurate

Your skills, experience and qualifications:

Essential criteria

Relevant degree qualification or equivalent
Experienced property professional with expertise in capital or occupational markets
Experience in asset/ investment activity
Highly numerate
Financially astute
Excellent report writing skills
Technologically savvy
Successful track record operating in a commercial environment
Ability to digest changing market conditions
Good presentation skills.
