What you will enjoy doing
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team on a 4-month secondment/fixed-term contract in our customer service centre, specifically focused on working with our special products team
You will operate as a key point of contact across multiple channels for our special gas products customers offering the highest level of service to customers requiring special products gases and equipment
In addition, you will handle and resolve a variety of customer contacts including order placement; query resolution; new product information and preparation of new recipe requests and any customer complaints
The objective of this role is to achieve a first touch resolution whilst providing a seamless and high level customer experience, effectively handling all customer complaints and any technical and equipment queries they may have
And lastly, you will answer all contacts in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate information at all times

What makes you great
You are competent with a computer and software such as the Microsoft office package
In addition, you have great attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient data entry
You have a level of experience of our commercial processes and product range, or a willingness to learn abour our processes and products and services
You have excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels with the ability to flex your style based on the audience
Furthermore, you have the ability to and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
If you have previous special products knowledge or experience in order placement and query management at BOC that would be an advantage but it is not essential for the role as we will provide you with the training you need
Lastly, if you have previous experience with SAP Production system that would be an advantage but it is not essential
