Job Summary:
Lotus Cars USA seeks a Product & Planning Manager, to lead and align with global counterpart regarding product strategy, special product projects, pricing analysis and benchmark for Americas. To create engagement, increase purchase consideration and drive sales. As part of the product planning function, the Product Planning Manager is also responsible for project management including budget management, pricing and the creation of process and tools that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainable processes.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop and implement product strategies that align with the NorthAmerican markets
Analyze customer and market trends to determine appropriate product content and pricing for purpose of maximizing profit while ensuring competitiveness
Monitor and update pricing as needed to reflect changes in the market
Develop and maintain pricing databases and systems
Develop and maintain pricing guidelines and procedures
Lead special product projects (i.e. Bespoke, special editions, etc.) for Americas
Collaborate with headquarters product planning team to ensure product and pricing accuracy and alignment with company goals
Prepare product, competitor analysis and pricing reports and analysis
