What you’ll do:

Deliver year-on-year sales and after-sales results aligned with strategic plans and KPIs.
Assume overall responsibility for all sales operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the Lotus Centre, from (new and pre-owned) product display, trade-in, finance and leasing offering, etc. to final delivery/handover.
Oversee all aspects of after-sales operations, including service, parts, and merchandise, to ensure seamless functionality of the Lotus Centre Workshop.
Coach and develop employees to foster a high-performing team, ensuring optimal resource allocation based on seasonality, footfall, and operating hours.
Cultivate a customer-centric approach, striving to deliver a unique and effortless experience for every customer.
Stay attuned to retail customer and market trends in the Netherlands within the Lotus and competitor landscape, utilizing insights to distinguish Lotus products and services.
Serve as the local ambassador for the Lotus Centre, embodying the brand’s ethos and DNA in every customer interaction, and instilling these values within the team.

What you’ll bring:

Real passion for sales, aftersales, customer experience, and satisfaction.
Multiple years of experience in dealership management with P&L responsibility and a strong understanding of the automotive industry in The Netherlands.
Exceptional team management skills coupled with the delivery of the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Fluency in Dutch and English is a mandatory requirement; proficiency in additional European languages, especially French and/or German, is advantageous.
Entrepreneurial, organized, reliable, and results-driven professional.
Empathetic communication skills and determination to succeed within a challenging customer service environment.
Leader attitude, capable of leading a team and working on both strategic and operational levels.
