Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

Maintain calendars for 3 – 4 Directors including scheduling and confirming large cross-functional, internal & external meetings across multiple time zones.
Creation of agendas, rotas, documents & linking out in diary invites ahead of meetings.
Attend key team meetings / cross functional meetings, compile meeting notes and track participant actions, reminders and deadlines.
Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally.
Administrative duties around processing travel and expense reports.
Create/Assisting in presentations and slides
Liaising and working with cross-functional partners and Administrative Assistants across the business.

Assist with onboarding new hires to the team, including managing logistics with the N-Tech & HR teams, creating onboarding documents for new starters, assisting with 1:1 intro meetings and setting them up with training sessions and cross-functional meetings.
Participation / contribution to meetings for the UK, EMEA and Global Netflix Assistant networks.
Support the broader UK BLA Team by updating the internal dashboards/Airtables, documents and across different logistic and organisational challenges as and when needed.
Upload documents & contracts within DocuSign for internal & external stakeholders to sign. Filing fully executed copies in relevant folders within the Legal Drive, and sharing with stakeholders where necessary.
Organise team social events.
Coordinate various internal & external events/off-sites/ external meetings.

Occasional holiday cover for the other BLA Admin Assistant

Requirements/Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to switch easily between tasks
Ability to adapt work approach across diverse cultures and time zones
Ability to quickly and efficiently use and learn Netflix technology platforms and software (including Google Mail & Apps)
Experience as an administrative or executive assistant supporting multiple executives
Experience supporting Business & Legal Affairs executives and/or an understanding of needs of Business & Legal Affairs team
Interest and ability to operate within Netflix culture
An interest in the entertainment business is highly preferred
Team-player who can operate in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
Understanding of how to prioritise and respond accordingly
