Responsibilities:
Lead procurement activities to acquire materials, components, and services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Develop and maintain strong vendor partnerships to ensure reliable supply chains.
Develop. track and maintain outside processing pricing and trade agreements.
Analyze sourcing information and present findings for process improvement and cost reduction.
Evaluate vendors, conduct price benchmarking, and manage vendor relationships effectively.
Conduct ongoing market and industry research to stay informed about trends and opportunities.
Identify and develop new potential suppliers to create competitive advantages for the company.
Support cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with manufacturing, logistics, and quality assurance departments.
Drive cost reduction initiatives while ensuring seamless coordination throughout the supply chain.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Two (2) years industrial manufacturing purchasing/buyer experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with D365, Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 platform, showcasing experience in its utilization for streamlined operations and enhanced productivity.
Skilled in managing outside processing vendors, showing ability in overseeing external partners to integrate them into the supply chain seamlessly.
Advanced capability in demand analysis, demonstrating expertise in forecasting and analyzing market trends to optimize inventory management and meet customer needs effectively.
