We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Production Assistant within our Convent Plant.

Occidental Data Entry Jobs Work From Home

Prepares and distributes reports. Letters, log sheets, and procedures for Production department.
Responsible for posting production values in SAP
Maintain and update production manuals and operator round sheets. Serves as the document custodian for ISO requirements.
Maintain PTO schedules and records for production supervisors, superintendents and the technical department.
Reviews production technician timekeeping and PTO hours. Generates reports as needed.
Maintains production files associated with log sheets, planned inspections and return to service forms.
Perform and maintain absentee tracking, overtime reports and vacation tracking reports for all production personnel.
Organizes and files records for all production personnel.
Perform administrative duties for the production and technical departments that include but are not limited to scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, ordering office supplies…etc.
Maintain operator qualification statistics and generates reports.
Maintain and updates operational organization chart.
Files production department expense reports.
Generates and distributes action item and management of change status reports.
Assists Production Manager in organizing routing, tracking, and immediate or follow-up actions from incident investigations. Inputs, tracks, and generates reports on open action items.
Assists with the month-end closing process by reconciling production, inventories and usages in SAP. Completes final transactions for month end close.
Actively support plant and corporate safety programs and objectives.
Provides support for Technical Manager, as needed.

Occidental Data Entry Jobs Work From Home

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
5+ years relevant experience preferred with strong, demonstrated organization skills, and administrative competencies.
Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and with key customers.
Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize heavy and diverse workloads with accuracy while meeting critical deadlines and maintaining composure under pressure.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, when required.
Demonstrated ability to be self motivated
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated high level of proficiency in PC applications and operating systems, Microsoft office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SAP knowledge).
