G2 is seeking applicants for the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Supervisor position. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of progressive management experience, with airline management or contract services management being preferred. The position is in charge of supervising Airport Services and working to build and keep good relationships with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Preferably, supervisory experience of at least one year.
Legitimate Driver’s Permit
Activities or Aircraft experience liked.
Amazing relational abilities
Solid PC abilities; Word, Succeed, information section abilities
Adaptability, performing multiple tasks and experience working in a changing climate

Work Particulars:

Control the day-to-day operations of the primary area of control over scheduling and staffing, daily budgeted hours, and the operation’s limit on overtime.

When necessary, perform all subordinate employees’ responsibilities.

Train or retrain all employees in airline procedures, safety procedures, and company policies. Ensure the implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS). Implement a safety plan for the station. Maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues relating to performance and safety.

Keep relations with employees positive. Deal with employee issues effectively and efficiently.

Client Relations: When responding to inquiries from airlines, staff, and the general public, effectively communicate with senior airline management and project a positive image.

Follow the company’s policies and procedures and contribute to the achievement of the company’s goals.

Keep an eye on employee activity and make any necessary adjustments.

When the manager is unavailable, handle Off-Schedule Operations.

As requested, perform additional tasks.
