Description: As a Business Expert, you introduce business customers to Apple’s technology, services, and solutions. You spend time on the sales floor getting to know new and existing business clients and their requirements. Through phone calls, in-store workshops, and other events, you connect with people and create new leads and relationships. Through briefings, you learn about the needs of customers and collaborate with the Business Team to prepare and present proposals. You collaborate with the entire Business Team to develop the ideal solutions for customers with more complex requirements. Finally, you inform customers about all of the options for sales support and provide them with them. By connecting with clients to contemplate the potential outcomes of Apple innovation in their organizations, you assist with building achievement – for your group, however for our clients too.

Knowledge of how businesses use technology and what Apple solutions can offer them are preferred qualifications.

Capacity to work with business encounters through in-store briefings, studios, and occasions.
