Honest Medical is looking for a Sales Coordinator who will be in charge of managing listings, dealing with customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction by driving online sales through a variety of channels for Honest Medical’s products, services, and accessories. On our eCommerce platform, the Sales Coordinator will devise and implement strategies to boost traffic, boost conversion rates, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities and essential functions:

Create and implement sales strategies to reach eCommerce goals.

Manage product listings, which include prices, images, and descriptions.

Look at sales and traffic data from your website to find patterns and opportunities.

Optimize product pages for SEO to increase organic traffic and visibility.

Work with marketing teams to develop persuasive advertising campaigns.

Increase customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and service.

To stay ahead of the competition, keep an eye on industry trends and the activities of competitors.

Report on sales metrics and measure performance using analytics tools.

Assist with inventory management and ensure that stock is available for online sales.

Perform any additional related tasks that are given to you Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proven experience selling online and a history of making money.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

The capacity to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks.

Knowledge of Amazon’s and eBay’s policies and procedures

Experience and education required:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a field related to it; Proven experience in digital marketing or eCommerce sales.

Knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and eBay

Proficient in data analysis tools and excellent analytical skills.

Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing techniques

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A plus is being bilingual in Spanish!
