What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Manage the customer implementation process from post-sale through event day
– Serve as the lead contact for daily customer interaction and implementation activities
– Create and maintain project plans within the project tracking system, updating team members on status and next steps
– Assist in establishing customer goals and communicate deliverables (timelines, scope of work, etc.) to both internal teams and customers
– Schedule training regarding the unique setup of customers’ virtual events

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Proven 5+ years of experience delivering commercial projects via a service organization
– Strong customer-first approach with experience managing external customers and effective communication skills
– Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
– Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
– Previous experience leading SaaS product implementations, with planning large events (in-person or virtual) as a bonus
