About the role
The trainee will have the opportunity to explore the main processes of the Supply function, supporting the tutor on the implementation of cross-functional projects, from a development and analytical point of view. Projects will be focused on the whole order flow and optimization of logistics processes in terms of service performance, costs and customer satisfaction. He/she will be able to rework the main Supply KPIs to create a Supply Chain dashboard that will support on the development of a strategy to anticipate supply chain future requirements, building a strong collaboration with customers.

Understanding of the processes related to the management of order flows from the customer’s request to the final delivery of goods
Ownership of projects
Implementation of new analysis systems, KPI’s reporting
Collaboration with Sales: improvement OOS management, sharing of KPIs
Assuring the proper service level to strategic customers (e.g. Amazon) with dedicated actions
