The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for managing a team of one or more finance professionals. This position is responsible for overall P&L and Balance Sheet governance for DMS, inclusive of financial planning, analysis, reporting and accounting activities related to material purchasing and selling. Primary Functions include but are not limited to:
Great understanding of operational drivers to financial outcomes and good appreciation of commercial contracts and levers to material purchase and sale, and it’s associated financial impact.
Business partner to DMS Operation team and provides financial leadership to operation. Responsibilities includes the following:
Leads development of multi-year strategic planning, annual capital plans, annual operating budgets, monthly and weekly financial forecasts for Delta Material Services.
Designs and leads repeatable and sustainable strategic financial analysis, robust volume demand and supply, inventory planning and monitoring and development of financial process standard work

Partners with business unit leaders to develop, implement and track cost management initiatives.
Reviews revenues and costs to ensure compliance with Delta accounting standards and GAAP and ensure intercompany transactions are recorded appropriately.

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field is required
Seven plus years of relevant experience with two or more years of operational finance experience is required
Must have excellent organizational skills, strong business acumen, proven verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of managemen

Mastery of Excel, Powerpoint and Word
