Develop and execute a Business Development Plan to lead sustainable business growth for next 1-3 years in your focused areas through leading and collaborating with other functions. Engage in team selling with top semiconductor account managers in your focus regions. Develop strong relationships and gain credibility with NI semiconductor-focused Application Engineers. Identify and solve customers’ new emerging technology challenges in order to establish NI’s credibility in your focus areas. Identify Semiconductor test trends in the region and develop the corresponding NI value propositions by working closely with US counterpart teams. Provide product & market opportunity feedback to NI Business Unit product management team. Deliver technical presentation content to NI customer base. Lead the ongoing collection of market intelligence of competitive position and adoption of NI’s value proposition in your focus areas and regions.

Job Qualifications

8+ years’ industry experience in an engineering, applications, marketing role in a semiconductor or test & measurement company.

Extensive experience and domain knowledge in RF/microwave/mmWave technologies of design or test.

Demonstrated relationship with key semiconductors companies.

Hands-on experience with lab automation test equipment or design validation experience is preferred.
