Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of production operations, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure smooth production workflows and address any operational challenges.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all products meet Apple’s stringent standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the production process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in production operations management, preferably within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of production processes, quality control methodologies, and supply chain management.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in production operations, with a focus on high-tech or consumer electronics.
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in production management software and tools.
